Technical professionals have a reputation for being bullies. I’d have a hard time disputing this. With regards to web-design, customers are often made to feel as if they don’t know what they are talking about. In the end, they wind up with something short of what they needed and a hefty price tag. Customers feel intimidated and designers / programmers feel superior. I believe we can all do better than this.
I enjoy working with individuals and small businesses a great deal. There are a lot of misconceptions about the internet & web-design. I understand that people sometimes feel overwhelmed buy the amount of information & conflicting advice that they receive. There is not too much I can do about what you may have wrestled with in the past, but moving forward, I can help to turn that frustration into a finished product that you are thrilled about. Whatever your web-based goals may be, if you have a clear objective, we can move there quickly and at a reasonable cost.
I have been in the computer business for over 15 years and have worn many hats. From desktop support to project management, I have had the pleasure of learning how to best leverage technology to solve customers’ problems.
